Returns & Refunds

Every piece is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Damaged or Defective Pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will arrange a replacement at no charge. To raise a claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.
  • Share an unboxing video along with photographs of the damaged piece and its packaging

Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement if the cause of damage cannot be verified. We recommend unboxing carefully as damage caused by scissors or sharp objects during unpacking will not be covered.

Lost in Transit

If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Delayed Delivery

If your order has not been attempted for delivery within 20 days of dispatch, please contact us. We will either reproduce and reship your piece or issue a full refund.

Colour Variation

Slight differences between what you see on screen and the final print are natural and not considered a defect. Screens display in RGB; prints are produced in CMYK. The variation is minor but present.
