Shipping & Delivery

Every piece from our collection is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, it enters production before being carefully packed and dispatched to your door.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. In rare cases due to print quality checks or production requirements, this may extend to 4–5 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Remote areas	7–12 business days

Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–10 business days for most locations across India.

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be shared with you via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect activity.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has entered production. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Delays

While we do everything to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated window, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please reach out to us and we will investigate promptly.

Damaged in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
