"You" refers to the visitor, customer, or user of this website.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Store

2. Products and Descriptions

Chira Walls offers wall decor of sacred Indian art, fulfilled by our print partners. All pieces are made to order. We take care to represent our products accurately, including colours, sizes, and finishes. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device's display settings. We do not guarantee that what you see on screen will be an exact match to the physical piece. Product listings will clearly specify available sizes and formats. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, update descriptions, or change pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Chira Walls does not store your card or banking information. By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable charges to your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or payment failure, and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4. Order Processing and Fulfilment

All pieces are printed and fulfilled by our third-party print partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation, after which they are dispatched. Estimated delivery timelines are 5–9 business days for most locations within India. These are estimates and not guarantees. Chira Walls is not liable for delays caused by our fulfilment partner, courier services, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters production promptly. Cancellations or modifications are not possible after the order has been sent to our print partner. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery addresses must be accurate and complete. Chira Walls is not responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect address information provided at the time of order. Risk of loss or damage to a piece passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns and Replacements policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs available on Chira Walls are sourced under valid extended commercial licenses. The brand identity, website design, copy, and visual language of Chira Walls are the property of Mireki Works Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or redistribute any product, design, or content from this website without our express written permission.

7. User Content and Conduct

If you submit reviews, feedback, or any other content to us whether through our website, email, or social media, you grant Chira Walls a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, share, and adapt that content for promotional purposes. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.

8. Privacy

Your personal information like name, contact details, and delivery address is collected solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. It is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., sharing your address with our courier partner).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chira Walls provides this website and its products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied regarding the uninterrupted availability of the website, the accuracy of product information, or the fitness of any product for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Mireki Works Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of any product, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or disruption to business. Our liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chira Walls and Mireki Works Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Chira Walls shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
